Mill Creek Canyon/Power Dam Field Trip
Alex's class took a fieldtrip last Thursday to the Power Dam on Mill Creek. Courtney, Gracie and I joined the fun. We learned lots of things from Miss Sheila, Alex's teacher, as she explained how water makes energy, sang songs with the kids, made petroglyphs and most importantly threw rocks in the stream and ate our picnic lunch. We love our school, Moab Charter School. They have great teachers and amazing outdoor learning opportunities.
