4th Grade Mountain Man Rendezvous

Joseph's class and grade studied Colorado history this year. They had a year end Mountain Man Rendezvous to celebrate. There were several stations that taught the kids about Colorado--a gold panning station, a trapper, a mountain man, a buckboard ride and a few others.  Matt's friend Bob Bragg brought his horses and buckboard and took all the 4th graders on a ride.  The ladies and I were in charge of the station with the buckboard rides.  We helped everyone get off and on.  Whenever there was an empty seat, the ladies got to take an extra ride.

After school, Mr. Bragg graciously let all of my kids take a ride on his horse.  He is such a kind person who really wants to help kids learn about and love agriculture.
