Alex had his second Pinewood Derby on April 15th. We got the taxes mailed off:) and headed to the Derby. It was a fun night and they did a great job keeping things moving. I was glad to only have one car to build this year. Next year will be our last car!

Everyone enjoyed watching at the end of the race, find Grace, Courtney, Joseph, Irelynd, Londyn, Becca, Dresdyn and Caroline's fuzzy black boots. Alex had a lot of fans come cheer him on!

Garrett's car beat Alex's out for 3rd place by a tiny bit. Alex came in fourth this year, just like last year! Fourth out of fourteen is excellent! Way to go Alex! I bet we were first place for a mom-built car! I am still trying to make him a first place car. Joseph had three and I need to get Alex one during his time in Cub Scouts. The competition has been more challenging for Alex and will continue to be difficult.
