Alex chose a Hunter Cake complete with waterfall, trees and rocks. I was quite pleased with how it turned out! Poor deer has no chance of survival with my placement.

Alex had a fun birthday going to the Get Air Trampoline park, playing with his friends, eating cake and playing more. Our family went to the first round of the State Boys' Basketball playoffs and watching Morgan beat North Sanpete and we came home to enjoy sub sandwiches and chips for dinner! Alex was able to chat with his birth mom, and birth grandparents on the phone and Skype with Grandpa and Grandma and Grammy and Paw-paw. His birthday card from Finland arrived yesterday right on his birthday. Good timing Grandma! He got a camouflage coat from Vern and Phylis and looks forward to a shopping trip with mom to spend his birthday money from us and Grandpa and Grandma. A great day and a very tired birthday boy!
