School started on Wednesday, August 21. It was a great day for everyone, especially mom:)

Courtney and Grace started kindergarten, and they are doing great! They are in different classes and making lots of new friends. Kindergarten is full day here so they are pretty tired when they get home.
Alex 3rd grade
Alex is a big 3rd grader, and he gets to have a locker to keep his backpack and lunch box in. He is very excited and says that his teacher is fun.
Joseph 6th grade
Joseph is blazing another trail as the oldest. He started middle school! A big 6th grader with a locker with a combination (that he has already mastered!). He has 7 periods a day and is doing great with his new schedule. He is excited about wood shop and reports that they already got to use the power saw.

Caroline started preschool today (Aug 26) and is in a new classroom from last year. She is excited to be in school and to be able to come home and play by herself "so no one will play my game with my toys."
You may ask what I am doing with all of my time? Volunteering at the school, catching up on all the work I didn't get done this summer, and trying to recover from a summer of refereeing the fights! Maybe I'll even be a more regular blog updater?
