The Ladies Visit Dr. Jeff

Last week "the ladies" had their first official visit to the dentist. Courtney and Gracie had a cleaning and Caroline has a "happy visit" and got her teeth counted.  Everyone did great!  Courtney got a little scared at first so she let Gracie go first instead. After seeing how much fun Grace had, Courtney jumped in the chair like a champ.  Great check ups for everyone!  Yeah for Darren the Hygienist! and Yeah for Dr. Jeff our dentist!  The boys also went to the dentist as did Mom.  We've been living at the dentist the past week. I'm sure they will miss the chaos that we all bring. Today Joseph had to have a tooth extracted and a cavity filled. He did awesome. His extracted tooth is under his pillow.  He asked if the Tooth Fairy gave him more for a tooth that he had to have pulled out!  Smart kid!  He knows the system and is trying to work it.  Alex, on the other hand, has two teeth so ready to come out that the permanent teeth are already growing in behind them, and he won't wiggle the baby teeth to get them out!  Maybe Joseph's visit from the tooth fairy tonight will motivate him to "Wiggle, Wiggle, Wiggle" his tooth (to quote a famous Dora episode that we often watch).

Grace relaxing before her cleaning begins.  We LOVE different patterns in our clothes.  There are battles to fight in life and matching clothes definitely isn't one I choose to fight on a daily basis.
Grace looking cool in her sunglasses!  It helped that Mickey Mouse Clubhouse was on the  TV.
Dr. Jeff counts Caroline's teeth while she holds her new toothbrush.
Once again, check out her beautifully matched patterns.  And yes! she has on her three skirts.
Courtney was all smiles because she got her teeth "sparkled" like Princess Aurora teeth.  She was so proud of her sparkly teeth.
Just had to add this shot of the Bug on two phones.  She LOVES buttons.

  1. I love the clothes battle. I don't know if you remember but Anna was the same way. I finally gave up and just let her be "fashion" whenever it wasn't important for us to look fabulous.
