Just finished the book for book club this month. I liked it. It's about the German occupation of the Channel Islands. It was a fun and informative read. I'd highly recommend it.

Two other books that I love and recently re-read are books that were read to me in elementary school by my teachers. They are in the young adult/juvenile section of our library. Both are Newberry Award winners from a long time ago. Try them out! Check out the lists of Newberry and Caldecott (Best Illustrations) Award winners and find yourself some new books.
