Courtney is 10 months today!

Courtney today at 10 months saying "Yes, I am a Pisces." Thanks for cousin Sadie for the shirt. We share a birthday. She's 1 year and 10 months today.

Courtney is 10 months old today and she gets her very own post as well. She is a very happy girl, but can be rather demanding about getting more than her fair share of attention. She loves to be in the middle of everything. If I am on the floor playing with the boys, especially tickling them, Courtney will crawl over, stand up, and throw herself on me. She loves to be around people and to have people hold her. She still loves mommy and daddy best, but goes to other people much better now than she used to. She has two bottom teeth and two huge top teeth coming in. One of the teeth looks like it belongs to an adult. It will be interesting to see how they both come in.

Courtney loves to eat any food that she can feed herself. She loves to spit her applesauce and oatmeal out and smear it on her face. She was caught giving Gracie a kiss/bite the other day, but kept her teeth off Gracie so we'll call it a kiss. She loves to do pat-a-cake and "so big." She is experimenting with standing and often "throws" herself from a stand to a crawl to get somewhere fast. Her favorite toys include a foam sword (or anything of her brothers that she finds) and books. She examines books for a while and then eats them. We are so thrilled to have Courtney as our daughter.
