School starts tomorrow. Life as we know it, sleeping 'til 8:30 going to be at 9:30 will end. Vacation has been great. We spent Dec 22-Jan 3 in Morgan with my family. My parents came home from their mission to the Helsinki Finland Temple on Dec 17. We LOVED seeing them. Tomorrow, Jan 7, they will go into the MTC to begin their second mission--this time to Helsinki Finland to serve as the office couple in the mission office. It's interesting that they will be serving in the same building that was the mission office when my dad was in Finland as a young elder in the early 1960s.
I'm resolving or resolutioning:) to be a better blogger this year and maybe I'll even get one of my blog books published this year so my kids can look at their pictures in a book form. My youngest three LOVE to look at old photo albums (you know the kind with plastic sleeves and real photographs). I keep planning to make them a "real" photo album, but I'm in love with the digital photo books so I don't know if it will happen.
The only event to mar the joyful chaos created with 17 grandkids, 10 kids and spouses and Grandpa and Grandma was the 12 hour stomach bug that ran through just about everyone. A small miracle on Dec 30 was that all 21 people who spent the night at my parents' house made it to church on time!
Pictures to come!

We were a little slow to transition to the back to school schedule too but today everyone caught the bus on time :)!
