Cheetah Grace, Captain Jack Sparrow Courtney, Carebear Caroline, Grim Reaper Joseph and Red Devil Alex all enjoyed Halloween. It was nice and warm and no coats were required.
Grace, Courtney and Caroline went on a field trip for preschool to the nursing home and did a darling program for the residents. They got to ride the big school bus to and from the nursing home. It was the highlight of the trip. They also go to trick or treat at the nursing home and enjoyed their candy very much.
Our neighbors Nathan and Ty came over to help us carve our pumpkins. It was so nice we did it outside on the picnic table. Can't really see our pumpkins, but the kids did have fun and they can't wait for roasted pumpkin seeds.
Alex enjoyed his party at school. So many parties wear a mom out! We provided the games for Alex's class and a healthy snack for Joseph's class. Earlier in the week we did 72 mini-cupcakes for the girls' carnival and took chips and dip to one of their Halloween parties! Lots of sugar and just enough time to rest up for the next round of Christmas parties....
