Back to School and end of Summer Recap

We started Back to School on August 20th and life hasn't been the same since:)  With a kindergartner, 2 first graders, a fourth grader and a seventh grader, we are into A LOT of homework!  We have four soccer teams to juggle, Cub Scouts, a Cultural Celebration for the re-dedication of the Ogden Temple and my new part-time job at the Middle School!  It's been the usual craziness of the Mecham family, but I do hope to get the blog caught up. We had a great trip to Yellowstone, came home to welcome my parents home from their mission, left the day after and spent 2 1/2 weeks in North Carolina with Matt's family and came home to enjoy all the London cousins visiting for 3 weeks or so. We toured the newly re-done Ogden Temple (it was so beautiful), rode the Heber Valley Railroad with our cousins and took one more trip to Seven Peaks Water Park with our Pass of all Passes... And then we started back to soccer and school!  So I'll post the summer photos, back to school shots and since then it has pretty much been the race to see if we can get all the homework done, soccer practiced and housework done while trying to get everyone to bed at a reasonable time and occasionally cook a meal or two:)

We are blessed to have wonderful children and wonderful family and friends!  What a beautiful fall season we are having after lots of rain in August!  I love fall and am making plans for lots of leaf/color viewing for our Fall Break in October!
