Today is the day that Caroline was due. Your due date gets so stuck in your head that it's hard to believe it will just come and go as a regular day today. This WAS the day we were waiting for ever since we found out we were pregnant. I'm not sad that she was early, just commenting of the notion of "due dates" and how fickle they are, but how much they mean to you as an expecting mom. It's amazing that she's 2 1/2 weeks old already! I cherish the time we've had together on the outside and the inside:) Her cord fell off yesterday, now she has her very own cute little belly button. She was up to 6lbs 9 oz on Tues at her 2 week check up.

The girls! Gracie is more gentle with Caroline than Courtney so she got to "hold" her. She's rubbing the blanket and saying "Nice." Courtney loves to touch Caroline, but tends to get too excited and not be as gentle as she needs to be. Courtney did get a turn to "hold" Caroline, but I needed both hands to monitor her so no picture.

Happy Anniversary! Your first picture of the 5 is adorable! Hadley was almost a full week late and it was the longest week of my life and I kept reassuring myself that nobody stays pregnant forever...it just feels like it sometimes!
